Montecatini

So far Rapallo had been one of my parent's favourites, so it was a little sad to leave our nice penthouse. We were on our way to a city just outside of Florence named Montecatini.

We were getting better at using the GPS, so we found the place in decent time I think. Floh was asleep in the car; I think I may have slept a bit as well... but we got to our hotel after going the wrong way down a one way street haha.

The room was really nice, although the hotel was a bit old-fashioned in a bad way. Didn't really matter though. There was no rain even though it was calling for it, so we went out for the orientation walk:

at this point I was only with Floh - we looked at this spa from the gate and then
eventually went up the funicular to the top of the mountain:

We found a church that was giving some little demo in it

We got back at night as you can see, so it was a full day of exploring with Floh :) He was starting to feel sick though...
