Memory Loss and the Museum of Musical Instruments

I have no idea what I did on the 6th... I somehow either deleted my notes or I mixed up days or something... there are no picture from this day, so I think this might have been the one where I was considering museums but by the time I found the music one it wasn't open, so I ate a sandwich looking at a different one, but decided not to bother... that might have been that day. Either that or I stayed in doing dishes and laundry and going to the kebab place for food. I think I went into town though, I remember being lost and walking down a main street in the wrong direction for a while. Either way it was a fairly insignificant day I suppose... It bothers me I can't remember more but oh well!

I woke up the next day to a lack of sunshine. This looked like a good day to visit a museum I was hoping to check out!



I took the tram into town, and checked out said museum. I took a lot of photos since I know so many musicians... thought they might be cool to show people that like music?!?!














here you can see me taking the picture in the mirror - note how I have headphones on! They give you these when you enter and when you stand in front of most of the instruments you can listen to what they sound like! It was interesting hearing the examples - some of the songs were really nice :) I, of course, liked the piano's the best - I stood in front of the grand piano for quite some time... they have three example songs each station :D

As I left, the weather was still holding so I took a tram out to a new part of town to see the European Commission stuff and the arches. There used to be an art installation in one of the buildings made by a Czech artist making fun of all the EU Countries, but it was gone.

The arches were nice though...



Now it was starting to get very windy here - my knitting was making my hands cold so I went to the park more central for a minute, but the weather finally gave in to rain. Luckily there is a tram station literally beside the park, so I went in and headed back to the house!

Here I chilled out and finished my knitting to the point where I only needed buttons! Wahoo!

I watched a gypsy movie to end this night I think... it was good! It made me excited to get to the Balkans!
