Last full day in Luxembourg...

This day also included a lovely lunch at the house! Nora and Rodrigo took over most of the cooking once they saw how bad I was at it, so I frantically checked my computer for couch responses. There was a ride leaving the next day from the German ride share website, so I wanted a response sooner than later to confirm the ride.

After lunch I was supposed to buy food for the dinner, but it was easier said than done. I ended up walking into town to see if I could retrieve my feathers from the stand, and ended up going to the supermarket in town. Unfortunately, they didn't have all the ingredients at all, and I experienced for the first time an angry french cashier that got pissed off because I was speaking in English. I knew it was prevalent but this was the first time it actually happened to me.

After this I went to meet Nora at a different supermarket. We found the ingredients and ate eclairs on the way back. Yummmm. Dinner was fun to make, and we took some fun pictures while we were cooking... I found a place to stay as well :)








The dinner was fantastic - I stuffed myself to button undoing levels hehe.

This was my last night here, so it was my last night to also see Jerome. We met up outside the house and went into the park right underneath for a while. I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to see each other before leaving, so I was happy that was possible. We said goodbye then I was upstairs to bed :)
